By engaging with our services or purchasing any digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Service-Based Products
Since our offerings are highly customized and service-driven, refunds are not available once the project work has commenced.

- Website design, development, branding, and customization services involve considerable planning, creative input, and technical setup from the outset.
- Payments made toward these services are non-refundable once we begin the project — starting with the initial consultation, project planning, or first delivery of design drafts.

Refund Terms:

- A full refund (minus transaction fees) is available if you cancel before your first scheduled consultation or before design work starts.
- No refunds are issued once the initial design consultation, development, or project setup has begun.
- If a multi-year package is purchased at a discounted rate and later canceled, the original full (non-discounted) price will apply for services rendered, and the balance may be adjusted accordingly.

Digital Products (Themes, Templates, Graphic Assets)

- All digital sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued for downloaded templates, designs, or digital assets as they are considered delivered upon purchase.

Sale Items and Promotional Offers

- Sale items are non-refundable.
- This includes any website packages, digital assets, templates, or services purchased at a promotional price, limited-time discount, or as part of a bundle.
- Custom work initiated under a sale offer is also non-refundable once the project has started.

Revision and Satisfaction Guarantee

- We provide multiple revision rounds (number based on the selected package) to ensure your satisfaction during the design and development phase.
- Requests for major changes after final approval or changes outside of original project scope may incur additional fees.

Subscription and Renewal Policy

- Maintenance and hosting subscriptions are billed annually.
- Customers will receive renewal reminders before the end of the current term.
- Subscription cancellations must be submitted prior to renewal; partial refunds for unused time are not available.

Exceptional Refund Circumstances
Refunds may only be granted at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

- Inability to deliver the agreed-upon project within the discussed timeline, without reasonable explanation.
- Mutual agreement between both parties to cancel before substantial work has started.

Approved refunds will deduct the value of work already completed and any processing fees.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days.
